Romans 3:23 reminded me of my own imperfections and the fallibility of mankind: "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." It humbled me, reminding me of the need for salvation, for a divine intervention to redeem my soul from the clutches of sin. I knew that I could not walk this path alone, but needed the guiding hand of a loving Savior.
