As I pressed on, Romans 6:23 filled my heart with both awe and hope: "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." It was a resounding declaration of God's grace, offering redemption and eternal life to those who sought it. The promise of salvation shone brightly, like a beacon in the night, drawing me closer to its warmth and embrace.
